A beautiful day at Huber’s benefits Crusade

A new summer tradition is starting at Joe Huber’s Family Farm and Restaurant in Starlight, Indiana and it’s helping the WHAS Crusade for Children.

Huber’s held its first balloon glow and craft show last Saturday afternoon at the Barnyard.

Local artisans, farm animals, food, beer garden and live music led up to the balloon glow.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to the Crusade.

“Well, it’s always been a dear organization to us and anything we can do here to be family oriented and support the local community. That’s what we like to do out here at Huber’s,” Joe Huber III said.

This is the first year of the event but Huber’s plans to make it an annual tradition.
