Sleepy Marlin tribute

The WHAS Crusade for Children is steeped in local tradition. From the very beginning, founding fathers determined that donations stay here in our communities.

The same is true for the Crusade’s tradition of highlighting local talent. In 1984 Sleepy Marlin celebrated 50 years in show business at a special concert with his sons. In 2010, those sons known as the Marlins headlined the WHAS Crusade for Children, completing an entertaining cycle that was started when their father Sleepy performed on the Crusade 50 years before.

Here’s a video tribute to Sleepy Marlin.
