Longtime Crusade supporter Scott Gibbons dies

Scott Gibbons would make his annual trip to the WHAS Crusade for Children office and that meant only one thing…that the big Crusade weekend wasn’t far away. Like clock work, he would drive to Louisville from Bonnieville to collect Crusade fundraising supplies. In later years, when he couldn’t drive himself, he’d be accompanied by his wife, nephew and niece or a combination of the three. It was a right of spring for the Crusade staff over many years when this delightful man full of life would grace the office.

He died December 6, 2011 after a wonderful full life.

Thanks Scott for making life better for children with special needs.
