Waverly Hills “scares up” donation to Crusade
This Halloween season, the Waverly Hills Haunted House scared up a lot of money for the WHAS Crusade for Children.
Waverly Hills presented check totalling $10,000 Dawn Lee, President & CEO of the WHAS Crusade for Children on Friday, October 30 — Halloween eve.
For the ninth consecutive year, Waverly Hills and the Pleasure Ridge Fire Department have worked to deliver a Halloween treat to the Crusade. This year’s check from the haunted house at the former tuberculosis sanatorium brings Waverly Hills total to $90,000 for children with special needs. The haunted house will be open tonight (October 30) and tomorrow night (Halloween) for all you fright fans.
