Record numbers for 10 Miler

A crystal clear cool morning greeted runners in the Papa John’s 10 Miler on Saturday, April 11.  A record number of registrants (more than 8,500) took part in a picture perfect race capped off by women’s Louisville Triple Crown of Running TM winner Camille Herron of West Lafayette, Indiana.

Ryan Sheehan of Rochester Hills, Michigan won the men’s division while Matt Davis of Bowling Green captured the wheelchair race.

Proceeds from the Anthem 5K Fitness Classic on March 7; the Rodes City Run on March 21 and the Papa John’s 10 Miler — all three races — benefit the WHAS Crusade for Children.  The Triple Crown is sponsored by Novo Nordisk.

Thank you runners, sponsors and volunteers!
